Stephanie Wright
1 Samuel 1:27 “ I asked the Lord to give me this boy, and he has granted my request.”
Stephanie Wright first came to St. Michaels when her son was in preschool. When he went to elementary school; she knew she wanted to work as an elementary school teacher at St. Michaels so she came back as a substitute and then quickly accepted a preschool teaching assistant position. Stephanie has been working with children for over ten years. She received both her bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work with a credential in School Social Work from San Diego State University. She was a substitute teacher for K-8 in various public-school districts in California, a School Social Worker for both elementary and middle school in San Diego, and an applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapist for children here in Virginia and in Texas.
Mrs. Wright lives in Gainesville with her husband of 20 years along with their son, their wonderful miracle and blessing from God. When she is not teaching, she is soaking up family time, laughing with her mom friends, trying new recipes, and thanking God for giving her the opportunity to be a mother. Mrs. Wright and her family attend Park Valley Church.
